A collision domain is a physical network segment where data packets can “collide” with one another for being sent on a shared medium, in particular in ethernet. An ethernet hub is such a shared medium, so devices on a hub can create competing signals that collide with each other. However, if a switch is used with each device on its own port, then the collision domain is eliminated. Also, devices on either side of a router will not be in each others’ collision domains since the router interfaces isolate each network segment.

A broadcast domain is a logical grouping rather than a physical one, and it is any part of a network in which devices can see each others’ broadcast packets. A shared ethernet hub puts all of its devices in the same broadcast domain (meaning all devices see all broadcasts) without any filtering. An ethernet switch may intelligently filter some broadcasts so that all devices on the switch see broadcasts that are determined by the switch to be relevant for all devices, but such a switch may drop some types of broadcasts rather than forward them to all devices. Routers typically do not forward any broadcasts between segments, but some routers can be configured to forward certain types of broadcast packets to enable things like automatic device discovery between routed segments.

There are too many things to write to give a short answer.Basically it’s optimizing the HTML factors(keywords,ALT picture descriptions,etc) of a website.Here’s a good article to give you the basics.
