    It is safe for the skin as far as I know, simply try not to let them get covered with it. Working with gloves is recommended. Be careful though, the monomer (unreacted resin, which is often styrene) isn’t that toxic, but the hardener, which is often methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, is quite potent as a poison.
