    You can contact WHOIS and they will remove it. You just need to tell them why. They remove it within 24 hours.

    With the phone number thing: buy a go-phone. now-a-days people are emailing more and more and not using phones as much. so if you are setting up a business that would be a great thing to consider. PO box is a great investment even if it’s the smallest and cheapest one you can find.

    they offer privacy against whois and having their company name in your domain whois, all they are doing is advertising under your name when someone looks you up
