They are from the same town as Meshuggah and hardcore legends Refused + many more great swedish acts .I don’t know what it is about that place that births so much genious music .
Millencolin aint dark but yeah Sweden being a small country has produced some amazing music that spans many different genres. Metal, theres Opeth, Cult of Luna, In Flames, Soilwork, Arch Enemy. Punk, theres Refused, International Noise Conspiracy, Millencolin.
Yeah awsome cd for sure. I just find it a bit cheesy though, sometimes. Like… too much butter on the bread
if you can say that in english.
just makes me want to read Tales from the Eternal Kingdom see what its all about.

True that. I hate living in Sweden in the winter….. but I guess that’s what makes the music so dark…

No, I ment Cult Of Luna i particular. All music isn’t dark obviously
Yeah, for sure.
I love this band and the concept behind “Eternal Kingdom” is simply awesome and very interesting, but I wished that the music was as good.
It is damn you.
oh it is good music but I think it was a step down from “SATH” and the songwriting was a bit bland.. great band anyway.
Ah, can’t say I’ve listened enough to make the judgement.. perhaps you’re right tho
