Avoid 123-reg like the plague if you intend to use email services, they have been having problems for around a month and still havent managed to resolve it. Incompetence on an amazing scale for someone that lists email in their service description.
@snoopys14 Our company just lost a set of contracts due to 123-reg inability to provide basic email services. They have had masses of service status posts about the problems with the email system. It wasnt working for about a month before the messages started to appear. Right now I am getting some of my emails 12 hours after they were sent if at all. Passed the issues to a solicitor though I am not hopeful about getting any satisfactory legal recourse. Swapping providers at the same time.

Best experience for me was EZhost.org – Signed up for £2.29($3.50) a month with a free domain. Also their customer support has always been prompt. That’s my recommendation, support the not-so-huge guys like this offering dirt cheap deals, not the moderately-cheap-but-still-money-grabbing huge guys.
